Joyner is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a World Bank Group Consultant.
She supports the private sector in policy, legislative, regulatory and institutional reforms to boost the Kenyan business environment through the World Bank Group’s Kenya Competitiveness Enhancement Program (KCEP), a program encompassing a suite of private sector development initiatives aimed at unlocking investment constraints, investment generation and jobs creation.
She also provides legal advisory services to the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA), which serves as a bridge between the business community and government in creating and enhancing a conducive business environment.
Joyner also has extensive experience working with both local investors and foreign investors looking to set up locally. She offers bespoke business advisory services that help her clients surmount challenges within the local business environment.
Previously a Partner at Behan & Okero Advocates, she specialized in corporate and commercial law matters which include: Company & Investment Structuring, Employment and Labour relations matters, Intellectual Property, Immigration law, Contracts, Conveyancing and Tax & Estate planning.
